"Augustine evokes the 19th century charms and clean wrought iron style of bistro life, part of the great city strolling gardens and an ideal look to update for dining. I imagined and created a number of variations of the scrolling metal from the original bench, to make the details and layer of banding very individual on each of the pieces. I especially love the new Augustine Dining Armchair and Dining Side Chair. They're certainly wonderful for the garden but they also feel like a new type of bistro chair, perfect for a breakfast room."
