Furniture Delivery - Century furniture is delivered using our Network of Dealers or a White Glove Delivery Network.
Wherever possible your furniture will ship to a local Century dealer of your choice where they will handle the preparation and schedule delivery. If there are no dealers in your area we will have one of our authorized white glove furniture services handle the delivery.
Century Consumer Service will contact you regarding your best shipping options. Our Century Dealer Network or our authorized white glove services will prepare your furniture and deliver it to your home. They will unpack the merchandise, prepare it, and place it.
The shipping rates are for practical transportation and normal set up for what 2 men can carry and reasonably deliver. If your merchandise has to be transported in an unconventional manner (ferry, cargo, etc.) or delivered above the first floor it may result in additional charges. It is important to let those making your delivery aware of any unusual transportation or delivery requirements. We will do everything we can to insure you receive your Century furniture in a timely and cost effective manner
How is the Delivery scheduled?
You will be contacted by telephone several days in advance to schedule a specific day and an estimated delivery time.
Any delivery put on hold or delayed may result in storage charges. The customer may accrue a storage fee of 1% of the purchase price per month, beginning the date the Century dealer or delivery service receives the merchandise.
Will you ship merchandise anywhere?
Currently, we ship furniture only to the continental United States. Will you ship my merchandise using regular freight carriers?
Years of furniture delivery experience has proved that many delivery methods expose the furniture to risk of damage during transport. To prevent this, we use specialized furniture carriers. They were selected for their competitive rates and their proven ability to get the furniture to you without damage.

What is the process for returns?
If the furniture arrives damaged, or is damaged in the delivery/setup process, the carrier will re-crate and return it to Century, at no charge to you. Often a local repair can be made to take care of most problems. If it is returned for another reason, a 20% re-stocking fee, the original shipping charges, and the return shipping charges are your responsibility. All return shipments must be pre-approved by Century and can only be returned using the carrier that Century Furniture specifies. You have 30 days from the date the merchandise is delivered to contact Century at 800-852-5552 to request a return authorization. Please have your order confirmation number available so we can assist you more efficiently.
