This group begins with a beautiful wicker chair that I loved when visiting Monet's painting studio in Giverny. It was charming and seemed such a distinctive style that I couldn't forget. I was taken with the arch of the back of the chair; the stylized, open breaks in the wicker that create a row of windows at the base and along the back of the curved frame. I took these important details and used them to dream up a series of special wicker pieces. They have the elegance to live indoors as much as outdoors, but they all carry the wonderful artistic life of the garden. The bed is the boldest of the wicker pieces in this style, a new classic from a wonderful, special antique.

Our Avalon Lounge Chair is crafted from a solid wood frame in a honey tone finish with Lampacanay rope woven in an intricate pattern to form the out arms, front rail and barrel back shape of the chair. A textural delight that works as an accent club chair in any room, the linen like flax colored loose seat and back cushions ensure you won't want to get up.

This Regency inspired Oval Dining Table features the finest mahogany, boxwood and cerajeira crotch veneers, fluted aprons & bold tapered legs all finished in a distressed black, gold and warm mahogany finish. The two 24" leaves store conveniently inside the top cavity protected and out of the way.

This elegant Regency styled sideboard is constructed of Acacia solids finished in a slightly distressed antique black with hand applied gold accents. The door fronts are inset with eglomise glass panels centered with delicate antiqued moldings with a diamond motif. The left facing side is one door wide with an adjustable shelf, and the right facing side is two doors wide also with a single adjustable shelf.

Transitional clean lines, the Biscayne is crafted from Beech solids wrapped in quartered Oak veneers and features Crushed Bamboo door fronts with rounded inset legs. Small, textured, pewter finished, metal bar pulls placed vertically, one on each of the six doors. Behind each set of doors are two adjustable shelves.

This bed features rattan and Gmelina framing, with padded and upholstered finished canvas inside the headboard and veneered canvas on out panels. Canvas is finished in a rubbed dove gray and lacquered with a moderate sheen with the rattan framing finished in a rich chestnut creating a beautiful contrast effect.

The Charleston door chest is a decidedly modern chest crafted of Saguran raffia, hand woven on the island of Bohol in the central Visayas region of the Philippines. Hand woven from the fibers of the Tipot palm tree this raffia features a rich dimensional depth not found in lesser machine woven grasscloth. Tapered legs with chrome plated ferrules. Behind the two doors is one adjustable shelf. Tempered glass top included.
